Though with the support received, there are challenges he faced but are never hindrance to his leadership. Among the challenges faced, he stressed the fact of non-members interference in the affairs of the union without knowledge of what is going on in the union. Lack of full support and co-operation by excos on certain project to be executed and this lack of support is on the issue of the Nuzas cyber café in which some excos stand on the point that funds will be mismanaged and misused when been executed.
Also speaking, he speaks about funding project as a challenge though not a major one as he has been receiving support from notable fellows of the likes of Z.D.A National president Engr.Isuwa Gallah, Hon.Hassana Arkila, and many more notable citizens. As more have been achieved by the support.
He further advised zaar studdents to focus on studies, set goals and target because having this in mind will yield success and good academic fruits. He also speaks on students who sees unionism as a bad co-operation and unserious group to which time is wasted, He said exposure is a goal in a unionism and it impact in the lives of student in school and after.
He also stated that peaceful achievement and cordial relationship with excos, associate and past leaders has been remarkably achieved. So also 40 students has been facilitated for jamb examination with the help of NUBASS as jamb training was organized at Chonglinks Tudun Wada T/Balewa LGA. Political sensitization at school and jamb training was organized by Nuzas. The union also visited different institutions for enquiry about the Nuzas in other institutions.
On the issue of Tsang ghami and gishi was also resolved and maintained that zaar are one entity and should not be be divided.
Summer lessons was also organized at T/Balewa at st. paul’s and best six students were booked to be registered for jamb for their performance.
Also the Nuzas essay competition held was success as best students were recorded. Nuzas stand as a strong union to which impact meaningfully to the lives of students as the cyber café will help fund projects by the fund received through rendering service.
