MR AYUBA SARKI JNR RESIGNS AS PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE ZDA PRESIDENT.
The Personal Assistant to the ZDA President, Mr Ayuba Sarki Jnr has resigned his appointment as PA to the President, in a letter forwarded to ZDA Secretariat in Tafawa balewa.
In his letter dated 5th December 2018, the former Personal Assistant to the ZDA President, Engr Isuwa Galla gave reasons for his decision to reverse his appointment as Personal Assistant.
"I wish to effect the above subject matter immediately from the above date, because from the look of things, you are qualified to do the job yourself and by yourself. And with the way I have upgraded myself so far, it is difficult for me to be following your leadership blindly"
"Again, your style of leadership is more of an executive one rather than being an inclusive one, which I have difficulty in being part of"
Mr Ayuba also noted that his decision was not based on personal bases, but strictly on leadership principles. "I also want to assure you that this is not personal, but strictly on leadership principles...I wish that one day we will be on the same page of leadership style."
He pledged to continue his campaign on good leadership until zaarland gets the leadership it deserves. "...I will continue my campaign on good leadership until we all get it right because our people have suffered a lot, and it make me find fulfilment when I educate people on the basics of leadership"
meanwhile, Mr Ayuba Sarki has since resorted to making different post on the social media that shows something beyond the content of his letter. he has threatened the leadership of zaarland since then.
Different reactions have been trending, following his social media posts. some have said that he may have asked for some favour from the ZDA president and may have been denied, as in many other cases, where he then resorted to fight the leadership of the ZDA.

and mismanaging the resources of the association. record has it also that he has refused several offers asking him to engage in deals that is against the struggle of the land.
