The incident occurred on the August 6, 2019 around
11pm as per reports gathered by our reporters from the students.
The incident occurred after a heavy rainfall, when
students where rushing back from lecture rooms trying to get back to their
hostels through a pedestrian breach (Metal Breach).
The death of at least 4 students was noted as several
others were injured.
As a results of the incident the students protested of
which it ended up in a riot and clash between the students and armed forces
which led to the arrest of some students.
The incident affected parts of the school building of
which some buildings including the school clinic and parts of the senate
building of gubi campus were affected and some other vehicles.
Some students complained about the school management
as they also complained the Lectures and test were conducted even during exams.
